The 2023 T&ARTCON Shanghai Trend and Art Expo adopted a pioneering attitude with the theme 'Dare to Trend, ART FOR MORE,' creating a 'Blue Great Voyage' art-trend journey. Renowned German artist Daniel Knorr was invited to serve as the artistic director. Born in Bucharest, Romania, in 1968, Knorr was one of the most innovative conceptual artists of his generation. Since the early 1990s, he had been dedicated to developing a diverse and rich body of artistic work, including photography, installations or sculptural pieces, performance art, and participatory actions.

This expo featured four major art-trend pavilion units: the Silicon Hyper-Sensory Exhibition, the Art Ark, the Drifting Trend Market, and the Vanguard Tribe. It explored, uncovered, and sought the future digital world, showcasing art-trend forms shaped by the leap of the times through unprecedented artistic perspectives.

The 2023 T&ARTCON Shanghai Trend and Art Expo's public art unit presented the largest 'Canvas Sculptures' of the artist's career—'Nucleum'.
'Nucleum' represented the artist's latest interpretation and breakthrough in the 'Canvas Sculptures' collection. This collection replicated the structures of the canvas, stripped painting from the canvas itself, and continuously explored materiality and art history.

The concept of 'Depressed Elevations' originated in Los Angeles, where the artist cast molds of depressions found on local streets and highways. Using innovative resin materials and dyes, these shapes were transformed into 'hardened puddles,' capturing the hidden histories of everyday life.

The AR design team integrated Daniel Knorr's artwork with the brand's silhouettes and craftsmanship, resulting in derivative products such as drawstring bags and socks.
