Refund policy
Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within Australia in 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received the item, or you are not located in Australia, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the items must be unused and resalable, with tags attached, in the same condition that you received it. Otherwise we cannot guarantee a full refund.
Please email us at sales@futurefusiononline.com before your action. To complete your return or exchange, we require an order number or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Returns and refunds
We accept change of mind, however please note, you will need to pay for the shipping cost of the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges and shipping cost refunds
We replace items if they are our responsibilities, i.e. items are defective, damaged or marked with wrong sizes/measurements and the exchange shipping costs are on us. To be eligible for this, please send us an email at sales@futurefusiononline.com with proof materials such as photos for approval prior to sending to our address. Once the exchange request is approved, please send the item to the address we provided. If you have paid the exchange shipping cost, it will be automatically refunded to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days after we received the item.
Please note, an exchange postage refund is AUD $10 by default unless we are provided with a photo or a copy of shipping cost receipt.
If the exchanged item is out of stock at the time, we will refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
Final sale items
Unfortunately final sale items cannot be returned although they may be eligible for exchanges.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return or exchange your item, please email us at sales@futurefusiononline.com before your action then send the item to the address we provided.
Please use a trackable shipping service for your returns or exchanges. Otherwise we can't guarantee that we will receive the returned or exchanged items.
Shipping costs at the checkout of your purchases are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
